Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor
Naomi Dinneen is a qualified physiotherapist registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health and Care Professions Council. She undertook a Masters in Advanced Neuro-Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2015. In her 14 years of experience she has worked with people from all walks of life including sports enthusiasts, home executives and those suffering from long term conditions. She has helped manage patients with acute sporting injuries, long-term conditions and post-operative recovery in private practices in Harley Street, London and Perth, Australia.
Having suffered with neck, shoulder and back pain associated with hypermobility, Naomi was inspired to start Pilates by one of her physiotherapy colleagues. She was excited by the rapid benefits to her posture, strength and the improvement in her favourite hobbies (walking, skiing, sailing). Naomi has now taught Pilates as a physiotherapist for 11 years following extensive training at the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.
Naomi uses myofascial release, joint mobilisations, soft tissue work and Kinesio-taping alongside the provision of a clear, goal centred home exercise programme. This unique combination of skills and experience allows her to assess your injury or condition and adapt your rehabilitation to work towards your tailored goals. Naomi works with a team of medical and allied health professionals, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists and Personal Trainers to ensure an integrated approach to your health.
